Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.635 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed upon the appellant herein by the Learned Sessions [Fast Track Mahila] Judge, Namakkal, Namakkal District in Spl.C.C.No.15 of 2016 dated 29.06.2018 in above CRL.A.NO.635 OF 2018 [IN CRL.MP.NO.915 OF 2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.635 OF 2018 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.RAVICHANDRAN, Govt. Advocate ( Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by judgment dated 29.06.2018 by the learned Sessions Judge (Fast Track Mahila), Namakkal District in Spl.C.C.No.15 of 2016, pending the above criminal appeal. In view of the seriousness of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the miscellaneous petition seeking suspension of sentence and hence the same is dismissed.
