the same and to direct the respondents to accord approval to the appointment of the petitioner, as Office Assistant in C.S.I. St. Paul's Hr.Sec.School, Vepery, Chennai-600 007, w.e.f. 10.12.2007 the date of his appointment, as per the order of this Court dated 17.3.2017 and made in the W.P.No.19112 of 2013, with all service and monetary benefits.

O R D E R
The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, made a submission that initially the appointment of the writ petitioner was approved from the date of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition, the writ petitioner has filed a contempt petition and thereafter, the case of the writ petitioner was reconsidered and an order of the fourth respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.3608/M2/2017 dated 20.3.2018 is issued granting appointment of approval from the date of initial appointment of the writ petitioner.
2. Therefore, the grievances of the writ petitioner has been redressed and no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
