Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the Respondents.

The learned Government Advocate for the Respondents submits that the Petitioner has put up the construction in Government Poramboke Land and that no action would be taken contrary to the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. The Respondents will issue appropriate notice under the provisions of the said Act before any action is taken.
