This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.179 of 2013, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharapuram.

2.It is seen from the records that there are specific averments and allegations to attract the offences under Sections 420, 409 r/w 120 (B) of IPC. There are two accused, in which the petitioner has been arrayed as second accused. Since the trial is pending from the year 2013, this Court is not inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

quash the proceedings. However, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all the points before the trial Court.

3.Considering the case is of the year 2013, it would be appropriate to fix the time limit to complete the trial. Accordingly, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram is directed to complete the trial proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
