This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2019 seeking disbursement of land acquisition compensation with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respect to his land measuring to an extent of 1.41.5 Hectares comprised in S.No.455/3, Mornapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the request of the petitioner dated 05.08.2019 was rejected by an order dated 18.02.2020 in Na.Ka.No.31/1998 by the 2nd respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 18.02.2020 in Na.Ka.No.31/1998 passed by the 2nd respondent, in the manner known to law. No costs.
