This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 574 days in filing application to bring the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent/petitioner i.e. Respondents 6 to 11 in the above application.

2. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
