ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.533 of 2011 and to file the final report in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation is almost completed and if one month time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
