This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to to call for the records in Crime No.237 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Panamadangi Police Station (Women's Wing), Katpadi, Vellore District and quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.K.Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation of this case has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi, Vellore District on 24.03.2015.

4. In the said circumstances, the FIR cannot be quashed. Hence, this petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
