O R D E R

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioners in S.C.No.109 of 2018 dated 17.12.2024 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Erode. 2.The petitioners/appellants, who were arrayed as A2 to A4 in S.C.No.109 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Erode, were found guilty and convicted and sentenced for the offence under Section 294(b) IPC to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of three months; for the offence under Section 341 IPC to undergo simple imprisonment for a period one month; and also for the offence under Section 304(ii) r/w 34 IPC to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of ten years. Now the present petition is filed to suspend the sentence and enlarge the petitioners on bail, till the disposal of the main appeal.

4. Since this Court is inclined to hear the main appeal itself soon after receiving the records from the Court below, this miscellaneous petition is closed.
