JUDGMENT

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.26253 of 2022 dated 10.10.2022.

2. During the pendency of the Contempt Petition, Review Application No.78 of 2023 was filed as against the final order passed by this Court in W.P.No.26253 of 2022 dated 10.10.2022. In view of the order passed in the Review Application, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.
