This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 06.01.2022 in W.P.No.21828 of 2021. 2.Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondents submitted that the alleged encroachment has been removed . He has also filed a compliance report dated 14.06.2023 to that effect.
