Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petitioner 1/3
alleges that the 2nd respondent is harassing him at the instance of one Karuppasamy and his wife Shanthi.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) states that the 2nd respondent is conducting an enquiry. 3.
Be that as it may, the 2nd respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. The petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent and extend their co-operation. The petitioner is given protection till the conclusion of the enquiry. If the 2nd respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, he will be given due notice, so that he will get breathing time to move this Court for the relief of Anticipatory Bail.

I have not gone into the merits of the case and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
