This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to to grant police protection to the petitioner.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he had purchased the property bearing Old No.79 and New No.21, Kamaraj Street, Thirumangalam from one Sathya in the year of 2013 and that her son is creating a problem and locked the premises and thereby, this petition is filed to grant police protection to the petitioner.

3. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the based on the complaint, enquiry has been conducted by the respondent finding that the petitioner is the owner , he is now put in possession and the complaint has been closed.
