2. The petitioner stands accused in Cr. No.238 of 2024 for the offences under Section 109, 118(1), 126, 296(b) and 351(3) of B.N.S. on the file of the respondent police. He was arrested and remanded into judicial custody on 27.12.2024.

3. The petitioner is detained under 'Goondas' Act. Hence this bail petition is closed for present and the petitioner can renew the petition after the detention order is revoked.
