2. The respondent as well as the revision petitioners' counsel has submitted that the cheque amount in dispute has been settled between the parties and the entire amount has been paid.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement in the petition that the matter has been settled between the parties and the revision petitions may be allowed.
4. In view of the above endorsement, these Criminal Revision Petitions are allowed and the conviction and sentence passed in C.C.Nos1238 and 1239 of 2015 are set aside. By way of conditional order, 10% of the cheque amount has been deposited before the Lower Appellate Court and the revision petitioner is permitted to withdraw the said amount. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
