ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the maintenance case filed by the wife, pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur in M.C.No.5 of 2020, to any other Family Court at Coimbatore.

2. After filing the transfer petition, it appears that at the instance of the petitioner, the divorce petition and petition for restitution of conjugal rights, which were pending in Family Court, Tiruppur, were transferred to the Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur vide order dated 17.04.2024 in Tr.C.M.P.Nos.95 and 99 of 2024. 3.In the light of the above fact, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate that the maintenance case in M.C.No. 5 of 2020, which is pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur, also be transferred to the Principal Sub Court, Tiruppur and tried together with petitions filed for divorce and restitution of conjugal rights. 2/4
