This Petition has been filed to extend the time for complying the condition of depositing 20% of the cheque amount passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.28827 of 2024 in C.A.No.773 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.28827 of 2024 in C.A.No.773 of 2024 dated 17.10.2024 from today failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands ordered. 17.01.2025 mst/smn To The Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.
