S.A.No.389 of 2008 and M.P.No.1 of 2008 N.SESHASAYEE,J., The learned counsel for the appellant/petitioner submitted that the appellant had moved the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C).No.014843/2019 challenging the Judgment of this Court directing the appellant to deposit Rs.30,000/-(Rupess Thirty Thousand Only) to the 5th respondent/Panchayat. This representation is being made repeatedly but, till date no order has been obtained from the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

2.Therefore, the Appellant is now required to deposit the said amount in the trial Court on or before 22.08.2019 and the 5th respondent/Panchayat shall not withdraw the same until the disposal of SLP(C).No.014843/2019, pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3.Post the matter on 22.08.2019.
