ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file final report in Crime No.277 of 2021 before concern court within reasonable time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 24.07.2021, no action has been taken and no final report is filed till date. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of six months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
