[Judgment of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.,] The matter was listed for hearing on 28.06.2018 and it was represented on behalf of respondents 3 and 4 that the possession of the Marriage Hall had already been taken during the year 2013 itself and since there was no representation on behalf of the appellant, the matter was directed to be called today under the caption "For dismissal" and once again, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1,2 and 5 and Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 are present. The writ appeal stands dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
