This application has been filed to permit the applicant to execute a security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- as per the Order of this Court dated 18.09.2019 made in O.P.No.242 of 2017.

2. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed along with this application, the applicant is permitted to execute the security bond within a period of one month and the application is Ordered accordingly.
