Today, when the Second Appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side, are appeared before this Court through Video Conferencing.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the dispute pertains to this appeal had already been settled in out of Court. He would further submit that in respect to the settlement, a Memo dated 30.06.2021 has also been filed in the Registry. The said submission is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Hence, in view of the Memo dated 30.06.2021, this Second Appeal is dismissed, as the matter is settled out of Court. However, there is no order as to costs.
