ORDER
Based on the complaint filed by the petitioner herein before the first respondent police, a case was registered against his daughter-in-law in Crime No.1569 of 2009. The petitioner has filed the criminal original petition in Crl.O.P.No.1246 of 2014 invoking Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking to transfer the case from the file of the first respondent to some other agency, which was dismissed by this Court on 28.01.2014. In the present petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of case in Crime No.1567 of 2013.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the state would submit that there is no case is pending in such crime number based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner against his daughter-in-law. He has also produced the FIR for the Crime Number.1567 of 2013, which reveal that the said crime number is not related to this petitioner and it shows the complainant name as S.Selvaraj relating to some other incident. Further he would submit that the in the case in Cr.No.1569 of 2013, final report was filed and action was dropped.
In view of the above, the relief prayed by the petitioner cannot be granted and the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
