There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. On the last hearing date i.e., on 23.11.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is dead and sought time to take steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. Till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. Hence, O.P.No.802 of 2003 is dismissed for non-prosecution as the Original Petition is of the year 2003.

2. In view of the dismissal of the Original Petition, A.No.2434 of 2015 filed to discharge the caveat filed by the second respondent Srinivasan in Caveat No.203 of 2003 is closed.
