ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to investigate and 3rd respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated on 13.07.2021. 2.The case of the petitioner is that she has paid Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to one Suresh Babu on the inducement made by him and that he would get allotment in the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board. The petitioner had given a complaint before the Aminjikarai Police Station on 10.06.2020 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Compliant No.EAJ20057663 and the petitioner was advised to approach the first respondent and the petitioner has given a complaint to the 1st respondent on 13.07.2021. However, no action has been taken sofar.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused Suresh Babu had cheated several persons including the petitioner in similar fashion. On the complaint given by 87 victims, a case in Crime No.329 of 2018 has been registered against the said Suresh Babu and the investigation is still pending. The petitioner is also arrayed in the rank of victim. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate that the investigation is still pending and the petitioner is arrayed as a victim, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
