C.M.P.No.2971 of 2024 in C.R.P.No.2137 of 2017 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This petition is filed to restore civil revision petition in respect of respondents 9 to 10. The civil revision petition was dismissed for default for nonpayment of batta in C.R.P.No.2137 of 2017 on 04.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 to 7 has no objection for allowing the said petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.2971 of 2024 is allowed on condition that the petitioner makes a payment of Rs.500/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of one week from today. Failing which, the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.

4. In case, the petitioner complied with the order and pays the cost within the time stipulated, C.M.P.No.2971 of 2024 stands allowed and the Registry is directed to take notice to respondents 9 to 10 in civil revision petition, returnable by 28.02.2024.

5. List the matter on 28.02.2024.
