Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to withdraw the DVC No.103 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai for joint trial with the OP 3912 of 2015 and grant such other appropriate reliefs in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw D.V.C.No.103 of 2016 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai for joint trial with the O.P.No.3912 of 2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the issues between the petitioners and the respondent are settled and D.V.C.No.103 of 2016 has been withdrawn on 18.09.2019. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners becomes infructuous.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
