2. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 6.30 p.m. until further orders.
