Mr.T.Poornam, learned counsel appearing for the appellant in OSA No.194 of 2003 would submit that the Appellant had taken back the papers from him and notice ordered to the appellant on 13.12.2022 has also been returned. Hence the Original Side Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
