J U D G M E N T

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent present. The learned counsel for the appellant has already filed a memo informing that the appellant had not responded to the communication sent by him for proceeding with the matter as per law. The said memo was taken on record. Since the appellant being called and remained absent on 26.03.2019, the Registry was directed to list the matter on 27.03.2019 under the caption'' for dismissal'', by printing the name of the appellant in the cause list.
