COMMON PRAYER : Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in FIR No.01 of 2015 and quash the FIR dated 30.01.2015 in Crime No. 01 of 2015 on the file of the 1st Respondent.

The learned Government Advocate further submits that the notice was also sent to the defacto complainant on 04.12.2015.

3.Therefore, nothing survives in these above quash petitions.
