Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to call for the report from the 3rd respondent herein and pass orders on series of petition filed by 1st petitioner on behalf of 2nd petitioner on various dates, for corrections of entries mistakenly made by revenue officials in the revenue records relating to an extent of lands in survey Nos.35/4A instead of 50 cents as 35 cents owned by the 2nd petitioner.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to call for the report from the 3rd respondent herein and pass orders on series of petition filed by 1st petitioner on behalf of 2nd petitioner on various dates, for corrections of entries mistakenly made by revenue officials in the revenue records relating to an extent of lands in survey Nos.35/4A instead of 50 cents as 35 cents owned by the 2nd petitioner.

2.Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 and made a statement on instructions that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 26.02.2021 at 03.00 p.m. at the office of the third respondent/Tahsildar. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.
4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
