ORDER
Seeking a direction to the first respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.12.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 16.12.2014 to the 1st respondent by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the jurisdictional police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
