COMMON JUDGMENT It is seen from records that despite the direction of this Court on earlier occasions for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant in both the cases, steps have not been taken till date. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the deceased appellant submitted that despite legal notices to the legal representative of the appellant, none has appeared to give details to take steps and he reported no instructions and has also filed a memo to that effect. The said memo is recorded.

3.Accordingly, these Second Appeals are dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
