This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the above writ appeal. 2.

Mr.M.R.Jothimanian, learned counsel takes notice for the fourteenth respondent, Mr.D.Ravichandran, learned Special Government Pleader (Education) takes notice for the eighth respondent, Mr.M.Palanimuthu, learned counsel takes notice for the tenth respondent. They submitted that they have no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
