JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.07.2021, Registry was directed to send notice to the appellant, since it was represented by the previous counsel for the appellant that the entire case records had been returned to the Power of Attorney of the appellant.

2.Even though the said notice was served on the appellant, today i.e. on 18.08.2021, there is no representation for the appellant.

3.In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
