ORDER
Mr.V.C.Ravi, Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Chennai Sea Customs is present in court and submits that the refund application has been returned to the petitioner for compliance of certain defects and as soon as the application is represented, necessary refund will be ordered.
2. The petitioner claimed certain expenses, which are not admissible.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Authority concerned namely the Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Refunds) requested the petitioner to furnish necessary information, so that the refund application can be represented after rectifying the defects pointed out in the memo.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the Authority concerned to process the refund application and grant admissible amount within a period of two weeks, from the date, on which, the defects are rectified.
