(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to respondents to produce her son Dhanapal S/o Thiruvanai, aged 35 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The detenu has been produced by second respondent. Petitioner as also wife of the detenu are present. On enquiry, detenu informs intent to go with his mother and wife. Recording the said position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
