O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the wife of the detenu for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is seen that the petitioner's husband M.Selvam was admitted in the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai and while in treatment, he was found missing and in connection with which a case in Crime No.77 of 2015 has been registered on 19.08.2015 on the file of the first respondent and the investigation is in progress. take steps to secure the detenu expeditiously and inform the same to the petitioner herein.

3. With the above observation, this Petition stands disposed of.
