This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.421 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent, registered for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.421 of 2012 and also filed a charge sheet and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.96 of 2015 by the concerned Magistrate and the trial is going on.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
