The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to arrange for the practical training classes for the petitioner under any of its affiliated law college or Government Law College, Pondicherry to enable her to complete her graduation and further, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue transfer certificate to the petitioner. 2.
On account of efflux of time, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition lost its significance. More so, such directions as prayed for in the present writ petition cannot be issued by the High Court. Providing practical training classes is falling under the scheme of academic matters and thus, High Court in exercise of the powers of Judicial Review cannot issue such directions.
