ORDER
The writ petition is filed for a direction, directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2024
submitted under Section 23(1) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.
2. This writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, without notice to the aggrieved party. In view of the nature of the order passed, this Court is not expressing any opinion, including on the maintainability or the merits of the complaint made by the petitioner.
3. When the matter came up for hearing, it was represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents that the enquiry is pending before the second respondent.
4. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry in the manner known to law and pass orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than three months from the date of receipt of a web copy of this order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. No costs.
