No.31 of 2005 allowing the appeal, setting aside the judgment and decree of the Additional District Munsif of Cuddalore in O.S. No.792 of 2004, dated 15.03.2005.

JUDGMENT

(Heard through Video Conference) This Court by its earlier order dated 22.04.2021 directed the learned counsel for the appellants to take steps to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased first and second appellants and made it clear that if steps are not taken to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased first and second appellants before the next hearing date, the Second Appeal shall stand automatically dismissed for non prosecution.

2. Till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased first and second appellants. Since, the learned counsel for the appellants have not complied with the order dated 22.04.2021, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
