JUDGMENT

On 30.04.2021 it was informed by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants that he was orally instructed to withdraw the Second Appeals. However, he wanted a written instructions in this regard. The matter has been listed on 14.06.2021 and 25.06.2021 for the learned counsel to file a memo and the same has not been filed till date. However, taking into consideration the representation made before this Court on 30.04.2021, the Second Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
