Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the Review Application to review the order dated 22.11.2022 made in W.A.No.2897 of 2021.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and since no serious objection has been raised by learned State Government Pleader, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, C.M.P.No.1996 of 2023 in Rev.Appl.No. SR 6949 of 2023 is ordered.
