This petition has been filed by the petitioner to accept the cause title of the second petitioner in the above Civil Revision Petition No.3517 of 2007 and other miscellaneous petitions, and record the second petitioner as Damera Venkata Seethrama Rao instead of Raja D.V.Seetharamayyah Bahadhur.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the name of the second petitioner now has been changed from Raja D.V.Seetharamayyah Bahadhur to Damera Venkata Seethrama Rao and in this regard Gazette notification has also been published on 23.10.2019. A copy of the notification is also placed before this Court. The same shows that S.No.22430, the name of Raja D.V.Seetharamayyah Bahadhur hence forth known as Damera Venkata Seethrama Rao. Pursuant to the notification, other records, viz., the adhar card and pan card ect. of the petitioner have also been changed.
