ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to maintain status quo based on the 1st respondent's order in Na.Ka.No.1570/2016/M1, dated 11.03.2016. 2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his respective counsel.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that the impugned order dated 11.03.2016, in Na.Ka.No.1570/2016/M1 has been passed by the 1st respondent for breach of the peace and disturbance of public tranquillity. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impugned order has been passed in the year 2016 and thereafter, the temple festival has been going on without any obstacle and law and order problem.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.It is seen that the impugned order has been passed in the year 2016 and thereafter, there is no breach of the peace or disturbance of public tranquility during the temple festival. Hence, the impugned order is no more existence. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
