ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Cr.No.196 of 2021 dated 31.05.2021 on the file of the respondent and quash the same so far as the petitioner concerned. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in this case is over and final report is ready. The investigation reveal that the First Information Report allegations are not true and therefore final report would be filed as "Mistake of Fact" in due course. 3.In view of the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) that final report would be filed as "Mistake of Fact", this Court is of the view that no further orders is required in this petition. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
