ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.E.P.Senniyangiri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.I.Syed Sibghatulla, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Junior Engineer/third respondent is attempting to shift the existing office building to another building owned by one Seerangan to favour him financially. The said building, where the office is proposed to be shifted, is constructed in a rural area without any bus stop.
3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that it is not the case of shifting, east and west are bifurcated. The section for the building in the west side is on the same existing building and in the east, the same is being shifted and the office is already shifted to the new building for the persons residing in the east.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
