This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Cr.No.58 of 2018, pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have almost completed the investigation and will file the final report within a period of four weeks.
3. This Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
